Disney Inspired Charm: Ariel

before my ribbon collection got that big, i started off with making these little ones

i started off with getting the color of Ariel

here you can see that i've used a purple, teal and red beads on string and red for her hair 

in order to get her hair to flip in front, 

i used a lighter and quickly over and over without burning it 

because satin ribbons tend to curl with heat

First i gave Ariel the seashell as her iconic item, 

but in the end that broke and Kristine gave me an idea

so i've replaced it with a fork =D

alright! posting blog kept me awake!!!
